Click here to book a tee time on the Swailend. Green Fee Rates *OCTOBER 10th - SWAILEND OPEN Maximum Gents handicap of 28 and maximum Ladies handicap of 36. Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Although we do not request a handicap certificate for casual bookings and outings it is to be expected that all golfers will be of a reasonable standard. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable:    Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process. A £10 deposit per person will be taken at the time of booking. Please note the full entry fee will be taken for Open Competition Entries. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the Pro Shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== Please call the club if you have to cancel your booking. Deposit payments are non-refundable. In the event of a booking being cancelled, the club reserve the right to keep the deposit payable to cover administration costs, whether a deposit or full payment has been taken in advance. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Open Competitions ================= Please supply a valid CDH Number in the 'Other Requirements' Box. Open competitors must have a valid, competitive CONGU handicap. Bookings made by players without a valid handicap will not be accepted as an Open entry. Gents 36-Hole Open entries - the time you book online is your morning time. Add 5 hours for the start time of your 2nd round. i.e. if booking 08:00 (1st tee start) your pm time is 13:00 (10th tee start). 08:05 (10th tee start am) is followed by 13:05 (1st tee start). Entry fee also includes soup/sandwiches between rounds). Max handicap of 9. The Full entry fee will be taken at time of booking. Refunds will only be given if we can get the vacated space filled. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). Dress Code ========== We try to create as informal an atmosphere as possible, but we do have a dress code for members and visitors on both courses. Smart, casual dress, tailored shorts, suitable recognised golf wear. No football shirts, tracksuits or denim jeans. Golf shoes must be worn on the course. Golf shoes with spikes are acceptable. Golf Buggies The club has 10 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Use of buggies may be restricted due to course conditions, at the discretion of the Club. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01651 863002.
