Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
When you arrive at the golf club you should report to the professional shop to check in for your tee time.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique reference number.
Except for special offers, if you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your date of play, a refund will be made less an administration fee of £2, and if you cancel 7 to 14 days before play, a refund will be made of 50% of the deposit or competition fee. If you cancel less than 1 week in advance, deposits or competition fees will not be refunded.
No refunds will be made for special offers.
The club reserves the right to change booked tee-times by up to 30 minutes in order to accommodate group bookings up to 2 weeks prior to play, and for other reasons in exceptional circumstances. In such instance we will contact you and offer alternative times as soon as possible, or a full refund.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your advance booking, there will be a charge of 50% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card and a full refund will be made.
Inclement Weather
=================
We want you to enjoy playing our course, so in the event of a severe weather forecast, such as gale force winds or torrential rain we will allow postponement of bookings and offer alternative dates. Contact the pro shop in such situations. This does not apply for open competitions or special offers.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Handicaps and Etiquette
=======================
It is not a requirement to have a handicap to play our course except for Open Competitions, but you are required to comply with the etiquette guide published by the Scottish Golf Union including safety, consideration for other players, and pace of play. Copies are available in the clubhouse and from the pro shop. Mobile phones should be set to silent or vibrate on the course and in the clubhouse.
Dress Code
==========
Our dress code is relaxed, both on the course and in the clubhouse, but for competition play appropriate golfing attire is required.
Spikes
======
Soft spikes are preferred on the course, and are not permitted on the upper floor of the clubhouse where the bar and catering facilities are located.
