Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. A deposit of £10 per person will be taken for all standard advanced reservations. If you are booking a special offer tee time, indicated with £, full pre-payment will be taken from your card. If you are booking into an Open Competition full pre-payment will be taken from your card.

When you arrive at the golf club you should report to the professional shop to pay the balance on your booking prior to play. If the pro shop is closed, payment should be made at clubhouse bar.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique reference number.

Except for special offers, if you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your date of play, a refund will be made less an administration fee of £2, and if you cancel 7 to 14 days before play, a refund will be made of 50% of the deposit or competition fee. If you cancel less than 1 week in advance, deposits or competition fees will not be refunded.

No refunds will be made for special offers.

The club reserves the right to change booked tee-times by up to 30 minutes in order to accommodate group bookings up to 2 weeks prior to play, and for other reasons in exceptional circumstances. In such instance we will contact you and offer alternative times as soon as possible, or a full refund.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your advance booking, there will be a charge of 50% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card and a full refund will be made.

Inclement Weather
=================
We want you to enjoy playing our course, so in the event of a severe weather forecast, such as gale force winds or torrential rain we will allow postponement of bookings and offer alternative dates. Contact the pro shop in such situations. This does not apply for open competitions or special offers.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps and Etiquette
=======================
It is not a requirement to have a handicap to play our course except for competitions, but you are required to comply with the etiquette guide published by the Scottish Golf Union including safety, consideration for other players, and pace of play. Copies are available in the clubhouse and from the pro shop. Mobile phones should be set to silent or vibrate on the course and in the clubhouse.

Dress Code
==========
Our dress code is relaxed, both on the course and in the clubhouse, but for competition play appropriate golfing attire is required.

Spikes
======
Soft spikes are preferred on the course, and are not permitted on the upper floor of the clubhouse where the bar and catering facilities are located.

Golf Buggies

The club plans to has 2 buggies available for hire from at a cost of £25 for a round, or £40 for a day.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01358789058.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data.
