INTERNET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Conditions

These booking conditions are periodically subject to change. The latest terms and conditions can be viewed online on our website by copying the following address into your web browser: http://www.nefyn-golf-club.co.uk.

We accept bookings for tee times booked online as specified below:

For all tee time bookings, your contact will be the office at Nefyn & District Golf Club.  We will accept responsibility for it in accordance with these Booking Conditions as an 'organiser' under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.

1. ACCURACY
Although all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information (including prices) on our website (www.nefyn-golf-club.co.uk) in our email newsletters, in our promotional material and printed media, regrettably changes and errors occasionally occur. You must therefore check the details of your chosen tee time (including the price) at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to increase the price of any tee time advertised on our website at any time before you book.  Any price changes will be clearly visible to you at the time of booking.  Any subsequent reduction in prices due to special offers advertised will not apply to confirmed bookings.

2. PAYMENT
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.  Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

This will be clearly visible as you go through the booking process, and all payments made, and outstanding amounts will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation.

To secure your booking your card will be charged with the full green fee amount.

3. METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Connect. All payments made by credit card currently carry a 0% handling charge, however there is no handling charge for payments paid by debit card.  Cheques are accepted and are to be made payable to “Nefyn Golf Club”.

4. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
To confirm a booking, the lead name must be aged 18 years or over. Once

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +44 (0) 1758 720 966.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
