Green Fees Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays €35 and weekends €40, we offer savings for certain times of the day and days of the week, Please contact the office or check our website for such deals.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not
process the transaction until you turn up to play.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the
Office before beginning your round. If the Office is closed,
you should pay green fees at the bar.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 3 days in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted on the course: denims,Collarless/  sleeveless Shirts or T Shirts, though branded collarless golf apparel is acceptable.  football/rugby tops, tracksuit tops or bottoms, football or beach shorts. For a copy of our dress code please download from Club Web page under news section.

Spikes
======
Mullingar Golf Club is a Soft Spikes only Course.

Golf Buggies

The club has 6 buggies that can be pre booked. If you require a buggy,
you should enter this in the booking form. Cost per buggy is €30 per round. Please book early as numbers are limited.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 00353-449348366.

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
