Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you arrive to play. When you check in for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by another form of payment or your credit/debit card. You must report to the Proshop prior to beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. Should you cancel your booking outside of 48 hours no charge will be made. However if you cancel your booking within 48 hours or fail to show on the day a 50% cancellation charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Please be aware that if you are booking as a 1-ball, 2-ball or 3-ball the resort reserves the right to add another player to your booking especially on busy days. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather, frost etc), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Smart casual dress is essential. Denim jeans and collarless shirts are strictly prohibited. Mobile phones are also not permitted on the golf course. The Resort reserves the right to refuse access to the Clubhouse/Course to anyone dressed inappropriately. Spikes ====== Please note that metal spikes are not permitted on the golf course, however, the facility to change to soft spikes is available in the Proshop at a rate of €10.00 per pair. Please avoid slow play at all times.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
