Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
A £10 deposit per person will be taken at the time of booking. Please note the full entry fee will be taken for Open Competition Entries.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the
Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed,
you should call in after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Open Competitions
=================
Please supply a valid CDH Number in the 'Other Requirements Box.
The Full Entry fee will be taken at time of booking, withdrawal 1 week before the competition 50% refund.  After that strictly no refund.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 24 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, sleeveless shirts.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy please contact the Pro Shop on 01343 813330 where buggy booking can be confirmed. Buggy available at the discretion of the club

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01343 812018.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL).
