A 4 round loyalty card is available for visitors offering up to £35 savings on green fees for visitors returning for further rounds played within a 30 day period. Linlithgow Golf Club Braehead Linlithgow West Lothian Scotland EH49 6QF VISITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking Tee Times and Open Competitions using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= The Club does not operate an online credit card reservation facility. All visitor fees - for casual play or for Open Competitions should be paid on the day of the booking. Visitors should sign in at the Pro-shop at least 15 minutes prior to the reserved tee time where payment will be taken. On occasions when the Professional Shop is closed, visitors should report to the Club House Bar to make payment before commencing play. Cancellation Policy =================== If you wish to can cancel your booking please telephone the Pro-shop on 01506 842585. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you can opt either to receive a full refund of your green fee or to rearrange your booking. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Please ensure they are aware of the booking conditions. Handicaps ========= This facility is available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard with the usual golfing etiquette. Dress Code ========== On the Course - Well cut trousers, tailored shorts and skirts are acceptable: blue denim jeans, football or rugby shirts and shorts are not acceptable. Tailored sports shirts are acceptable: collarless t-shirts are not. In the Clubhouse – Dress in any of the public areas may be informal but must be smart clean casual wear. Golf shoes and caps are not permitted to be worn in the clubhouse. Golf Buggies The club has 2 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form.
