Green Fees Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends,
we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if
you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our 
secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Ladybank Golf Club by email, info@ladybankgolf.co.uk or telephone, 01337 830814. 
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you may reshedule your booking or request a refund of your payment.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (Men) or 36 or less (Ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Smart casual dress code is expected for visitors, please see website for details.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Catering
========
To avoid disappointment, Catering should be booked in advance, either through the Office or direct with the Caterer.

Golf Buggies

The club has 5 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy,
you should enter this in the booking form.

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
