These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility at Knightsbrook Golf Club.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will be requested to provide your
credit or debit card details which will be held securely as a guarantee.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the
pro shop before beginning your round.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking before your date of play, you will receive
the following percentage refunds of your greenfee:
	More than one week 100%
	5-7 Days 75%
	1-4 days 50%
	On the day 0%

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your
green fee.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
Your GUI/ILGU card is required for entry into all competitions.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless) shorts,
(tailored shorts may be worn).

Spikes
======
No metal spikes allowed.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +353 (0)46 9482100.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
