These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your credit card number will be held as a guarantee. No payment will be deducted from your credit card. Players must register and pay on the day in the Proshop. However in the event of cancellation payment will be deducted from your card. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique ref number. You may also cancel by phone. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a 50% refund of your green fee. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required for general play. GUI cards must be presented for competition entry. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless) shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn). Spikes ====== Soft Spikes preferable. Golf Buggies Buggies available to hire @ €25, must be prebooked Golf Gliders to hire €10 Pull Trolleys € 3.50 Bookings of Buggies, Golf Clubs, Catering, etc If you require to book buggies, golf clubs, catering, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +353 (0) 56 7765400 (office) or +353 (0) 56 7761730 (pro shop) or email on enquiries@kilkennygolfclub.com. Booking Process We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage. Credit Card Security Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet. All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data.
