BRS Golf and Club Systems Integration: Exciting times ahead as stage one completed

BRS Golf and Club Systems are delighted to announce the release of the first stage of integration between their products. Customers using both the CLUB2000 Membership and the BRS Golf Tee Time Manager will be able to synchronise the membership information automatically and in real-time. Now any new or amended member’s details will be automatically reflected in BRS.

Membership database sharing: the essential first step
As Richard Peabody, MD of Club Systems, explained: “Sharing the same Membership Database was always the first essential step, the foundation to complete integration between our products. Club managers and their teams will benefit immediately by not having to input any details regarding members twice or having to do a manual export / import.”

“The next stage of integration is already under way. This includes Match and Handicap, Epos and Website Integration.”

Dr. Brian Smith of BRS Golf said: “Integrating the products has been a complex process which initially looked straight forward. Our teams have taken a great deal of care to ensure that the integration works seamlessly and with the normal high level of reliably and quality. A number of clubs have already been upgraded and have been running the integration successfully over the last 2 months. We look forward to getting all our joint customers upgraded and benefitting from this integration. “

Implementing the upgrades
Clubs that are interested in benefitting from this integration will have to be upgraded to the latest version of both systems. This upgrade is available free of charge to all customers. To register your interest, please follow this link and complete the form www.club2000.co.uk/integration
