This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. No money is taken from the credit/debit card used in the transaction unless the cancellation policy is not adhered to (Please see terms and conditions). All payments are taken by the Pro shop on the day of play. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will NOT be charged with the green fee/s, you will pay these to our Pro Shop before you tee off. You card details are retained by Horsley Lodge in the event of you breaching our cancellation policy in which case you will be charged between 50% and 100% of the booking When you arrive for your round of golf, you should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, you should use the main reception. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering you unique ref number. Please cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play to avoid penalty costs. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before your date of play, you will have to pay 50% of the booking as a penalty cost. This will be taken from the credit/debit card you made the booking with. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking you will be debited for the full amount of the transaction. This will be taken from the credit/debit card you made the booking with. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be notified and offered another time or a no penalty cancellation. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Dress Code ========== Normal EGU/ELGA dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, etc. Spikes ====== Soft Spikes only please.
