TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card will be charged with the full amount of the green fee.

When you arrive for your round of golf, you should report to the
Professional Shop before beginning your round. If the Professional Shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by phoning the Professional Shop.

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your date of play,
you will receive a full refund of your green fee. There is absolutely 
no refund if cancellation is less than 14 days.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your
green fee.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Dress Code
==========
Conventional golf clothing and shoes are required at all times.  Shorts must be tailored.  Blue denim jeans, trainers, tracksuits and shell suits are not acceptable.  Mobile phones should not be used, except in silent mode in case of emergency.

Spikes
======
We advise that metal spikes should be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy please contact our Pro Shop on 01964 534989. We suggest you do this as far in advance as possible.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01964 532020.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
