Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the Hillside Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. PAYMENT To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. We will debit your credit or debit card with the full payment for your entry at the time of booking. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 7 days of the date that the booking was made. Please contact the Secretary's Office at Hillside Golf Club and quote your booking reference. If you cancel your booking less than one month before your date of play, refunds may not be granted. If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund. TRANSFERABLE BOOKING The booking is transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend, providing they fulfil the handicap requirements detailed below. Please advise the Secretary's Office by email or telephone of any player changes. HANDICAP REQUIREMENTS This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). There may be separate handicap restrictions for Open Events, if so, they will be clearly identified on the start sheet when you book. OPEN EVENTS When you arrive for your round of golf, the registration desk will be indicated and you should register before progressing to the first tee. You will be required to present a valid handicap certificate for all players showing a COMPETITION handicap. Any player with a NON-COMPETITION handicap, or any player not in possession of a valid handicap certificate, will render the pairing/team/individual ineligible to win a prize. DRESS CODE Please wear recognised golf attire. Golf shoes must be worn – metal & soft spikes are allowed on the course however only clean soft spikes are allowed in the Clubhouse. Hats and waterproof clothing are not allowed in the bars or dining areas. Waterproofs are permitted in the 19th & 20th lounges. Blue denim garments, tracksuits, cargo pants, casual t-shirts, football type clothing, gym wear, flip flops, soiled, worn or ripped clothing will not be allowed. DISTANCE MEASUREMENT DEVICES For all play at this course, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect play (e.g. gradient, windspeed, temperature etc.) the player is in breach of Rule 4-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional function is actually used. Golf Buggies The club has 9 buggies for rental at a rate of £35 per round. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form.
