Green Fees Rates

Summer Rate 2008 23rd Mar to 31-Oct
The 2008 weekday adult green fee rate is £55 (GBP).
The 2008 weekend adult green fee rate is £75 (GBP).

Winter Rate 1-Nov-2008to 31-Mar-2008
The weekday adult green fee rate is £35 (GBP).
The weekend adult green fee rate is £35 (GBP).

The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: VISA CREDIT CARD, VISA DEBIT/DELTA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

We will take a £20.00 GBP per head deposit initially and then 7 days
before your visit we will require you to confirm final numbers by
e-mail or telephone at which point we will take the balance due.

If you book within 4 weeks of the day you wish to play the full amount will be taken from your card.

OPEN EVENTS: We take the full payment at the time of booking. Seniors events are aged 55 and over. Handicap Certificates must be produced to the starter on arrival.

Your credit card number will be held as a guarantee.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the
pro shop before beginning your round and show him your confirmation
details.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique
ref number. You may also cancel by phone.

If you cancel your booking more than 3 months before your date of
play, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

If you cancel your booking less than 3 months before your date of
play, you will lose your deposit.

OPEN EVENTS: If you cancel your booking less than one month before
your date of play refunds are not allowed.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking within 7 days of the date booked you
will not receive any refund and full payment will be taken.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your
green fee or a voucher to use on another day free of charge, subject
to availability.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be
unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone
else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
Handicap certificates are not required for general play however this
is an Open Championship Final Qualifying course and as such players
must have the ability to play to a reasonable standard to ensure
their enjoyment and those players on the course at the same time.

OPEN EVENTS: Handicap Certificates are required by all players in
all Open Competitions.

Dress Code
==========
Normal Golf Club dress codes apply. The following are therefore not
permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless)
shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn with knee length socks or white
sports socks).

Spikes
======
Metal or Soft Spikes are permitted - please take care as some areas
of the course are slippery in damp conditions.

Golf Buggies

The Club has 4 Golf Buggies for hire which can be pre-booked as well as allowing certified disabled players (single seat buggies only) who comply with our health and safety requirements. Please see the Visitor section of our website www.Heskethgolfclub.co.uk to download an application form if you wish to use your own single seat buggy.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on +44 (0) 1704 536897.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data. The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
