To book more than 28 days in advance, for group bookings or to ascertain if other tee times are available please contact the Secretary on 0113 2679573 (Option 1).

Special Rates and packages are available to groups (8+) - please call to discuss.

Any rates quoted are the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be processed immediately. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking please contact the Secretary/Manager or his assistant on 0113 2679573 Option 1. You will be advised if any charges are applicable. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of £10 per head made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your Green Fees will be refunded. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicap Certificates are not required ========= Whilst golfers of all abilities are welcome at Headingley it is expected that they will be able to demonstrate sufficient experience and a reasonable standard of golf etiquette. Dress Code ========== CLUB DRESS REGULATIONS A reasonable standard of dress is required at all times. 1. The wearing of the following is not permitted:- • Training shoes. • Track, shell or jump suits, leggings or football/rugby shirts (or similar). • Denim garments. • Sports or Beach shorts. • Collarless Shirts – except those specifically designed for golf. • Gentlemen may not wear sleeveless shirts. Ladies may wear sleeveless golfwear. • Exposed Braces 2. Trouser bottoms may not be tucked into socks. 3. Gentlemen may wear knee length tailored shorts on the course and in the clubhouse only if accompanied by either long hose, or predominantly white sports socks which cover the ankle. Ladies may wear tailored shorts with ankle socks/sockettes. 4. Gentleman’s shirts must be tucked inside the waistband but trousers may not be tucked into socks. 5. When playing the course golf shoes must be worn. 6. Caps (& hats) must be removed in the Clubhouse. 7. Golf shoes are permitted in the end lounge but only for the purpose of purchasing refreshments from the patio area. 8. Main Lounge and Dining Area Smart casual wear is acceptable. After 8pm casual wear is deemed not to include clothing worn whilst playing the golf course on the day in question. If you are in doubt about the suitability of any item of clothing you have probably answered the question in your own mind – if in doubt, please don’t wear it! Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

At the present time the club does not provide buggies to hire.
Upon request however, Buggy users are welcome to bring their own buggies to Headingley and will be provided with suitable safety and course information. Please note however that you would require suitable 3rd party insurance as playing Headingley involves crossinga public highway.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
