Visitors wishing to book using 2 FORE 1 vouchers or for the Par 3 Academy course MUST Telephone the Professional Shop on 01235 510410. You cannot book online. Thank you.

At certain quieter times of the day there may be a reduction in the cost of Green Fees. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us to guarantee your booking BUT WE WILL NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU TURN UP TO PLAY. We do not charge if a booking is cancelled in advance. PAY AT THE PRO SHOP ON ARRIVAL. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card. All players should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed before your round you must pay after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. Bookings must be cancelled if you do not intend to play. Bookings may be cancelled by telephoning the Pro Shop if you cannot cancel on the website. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there may be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Rules & Etiquette ========= All players must avoid slow play and complete 9 holes within 2 hours. In addition players must demonstrate a basic golfing ability and understanding of golf rules and etiquette. Each player must have their own bag of at least 6 clubs. Sharing clubs is not permitted. Dress Code ========== Normal smart casual Golf Club dress rules apply. The following are therefore NOT permitted: Denim Jeans, Football shirts, T'shirts withour a collar. Players must wear Golf Shoes or Trainers. Spikes ====== Metal Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 5 buggies that can be booked subject to availability. If you require a buggy, you should enter this on the booking form. Please note during prolonged wet spells Buggies may be banned from the course so we strongly recommend you call the pro shop on the day Tel: 01235 510410 to check the current situation. Buggy users must agree and sign our Buggy Policy in order to use a buggy at Hadden Hill.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
