Welcome to the Grange-Over-Sands Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. You will be asked for a deposit of 50% of the green fee unless the tee time is within 7 days in which case we will require full payment with booking. Your card details will be held by us as insurance.
All club open competitions require full payment with entry regardless of the time factor.

All players need to report to the Pro Shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed,
you must report to the office or Club House. In the event that this is not possible please note any restrictions e.g preferred lies; hole closure. These restrictions are shown on the information board on the wall of the clubhouse. If there are hole closures in place please play the holes indicated and in the correct order. Holes that are closed MUST NOT be played.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no extra charge beyond the deposit made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card. We will hold the amount paid and offer an alternative date.  Should the date be unsatisfactory, we will offer a full refund.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Dress Code
==========
Normal Golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, cargo shorts, football/rugby tops, etc. etc.

Golf Buggies

The club has 2 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. The hire or use of a buggy is entirely at the discretion of the Golf Club and this may not be available on the day. (This applies to early morning bookings in particular i.e. tee times before 8:30am. Please contact the Club if you wish to book a buggy outside the normal Proshop opening times.)

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01539533180.
