Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your credit card number will be held as a guarantee. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique ref number. You may also cancel by phone. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a 50% refund of your green fee. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required for general play. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless) shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn). Spikes ====== No metal spikes allowed at Galgorm Castle Golf Club.

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
