TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility.
Payment
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details (GBP) using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment for this booking will be taken within 48 hours.
Fulford Golf Club reserves the right to adjust tee times if visitors are late or numbers change. Golfers must play from the tee of the day unless prior permission has been granted.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary to cancel your booking more than 7 days before your date of play, contact the Club Office on 01904 413579 ext 4/5 or email

If you fail to cancel your booking, 7 days prior to play, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made .
Course Closure & Playing Conditions
Although the standard of our course is inspected on a regular basis, the actual playing condition may vary from time to time. It is occasionally necessary to carry out essential course maintenance and we are not always aware of when this will occur.
We accept no responsibility for the condition of the course prevailing on booking date. Closure of the golf courses is at our sole discretion. In the event of the courses being closed on the booked date, we will endeavour to offer alternative. If this is not possible, you will be entitled to a refund of any amounts you have paid in relation to the Booking
Booking Transferable
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Buggy Hire
Buggy hire at Fulford is available however a limited number and we advise pre booking. Further information can be obtained from the professional 01904 412882.
Dress Code
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. NO denim, collarless shirts, shell suits and track suit bottoms. Tailored shorts are acceptable, and socks must be worn.
Footwear - shoes or sandals - should be worn within the clubhouse but not spiked shoes or trainers.
If you dine in the clubhouse after 6.30pm then collar and tie is required.
Spikes
Soft spikes are required on the course.
OPEN EVENTS
When you arrive for your round of golf, you should register in the clubhouse before progressing to the first tee. You will be required to present a valid handicap certificate for all players showing an ACTIVE handicap. Any player with an INACTIVE handicap, or any player not in possession of a valid handicap certificate, will render the pairing/team/individual ineligible to win a prize.
Distance Measuring Devices
For all play at this course, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect play (e.g. gradient, windspeed, temperature etc.) the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional function is actually used.
