Green Fee Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends,
we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if
you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute and book online.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
online booking facility.

PAYMENT
=======

Casual Golf Bookings
====================
To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.Full payment will be taken immediately for your booking.

When you arrive for your round, please report to the Golf Shop to collect your ticket / bag tag or any other services you may require before beginning your round. If the Golf Shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.

Casual Golf Cancellation Policy
===============================
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact the Golf Shop on 01723 513293 (Option 2) or the Club Office on 01723 513293 (Option 4.)

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather etc.), you may request a refund which will be made to your credit/debit card, or a new date/time allocated.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... (Please refer to the club website at https://www.fileygolfclub.com/visitors/dress-code/ for our dress requirements.)

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

OPEN COMPETITIONS
=================

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY AMATEUR MEMBERS OF AFFILIATED GOLF CLUBS WITH A VALID WHS HANDICAP INDEX MAY ENTER OUR OPEN COMPETITIONS.

TO BOOK AN OPEN COMPETITION ONLINE YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS USING OUR SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESS. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING.

WHEN YOU TURN UP FOR YOUR COMPETITION, PLEASE REPORT TO THE RECORDER'S DESK UPSTAIRS IN THE LOUNGE.

ALL OPEN COMPETITION PRIZE WINNERS MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE (IF ASKED) EVIDENCE OF A VALID WHS HANDICAP INDEX.

PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ISSUING VOUCHERS, TO VISITORS, YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE FORWARDED TO SNAINTON GOLF CENTRE, TO PROCESS AND FORWARD VOUCHERS TO THE PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE PRIZE RECIPIENTS.

OPEN COMPETITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

SHOULD YOU CANCEL MORE THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE THE COMPETITION A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

FAILURE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
==============================
IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF YOUR ENTRY FEE.

Bookings of Trolleys, Restaurant, etc.

If you require to book trolleys, restaurant etc. you should contact the club directly by phone on 01723 513293 option 2 or the golf shop on 01723 513293 option 3.
