Visitor Online Tee Time Reservation Service Welcome to the Fairwood Park Online Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time on the 1st Tee. Green Fee Rates When booking your tee time we do not take any payment or card information from you  All payment is taken on the day of play in the Pro Shop.  But by booking online in advance you will always save £5 compared to booking over the phone. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash, debit, or credit card, but please note that we do not accept cheques or American Express cards. You must report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, trainers. Spikes ====== Soft spikes may be worn but metal spikes are not permitted. Maintenance Week ================ In 2018 our annual greens maintenance will be taking place from Monday 8th to Friday 12th October. During this week some greens will be out of play while our grounds staff perform deep hollowcoring on the putting surfaces. Due to the inconvenience this will cause golfers we are therefore offering a 60% discounted round of £12 per person. Golf Buggies The club has 10 golf buggies that can be reserved, with each buggy costing £20 per round or £27 day rate. If you would like to reserve a buggy you can do so using this online booking system. The Club reserve the right to prevent buggies being allowed out onto the course in the event of unfavourable conditions. We also ask for an additional £10 cash deposit for each buggy that is hired out and this £10 deposit is refunded in full when the buggy keys are returned to the Pro Shop at the end of your round. Please note that if you wish to cancel your buggy reservation you must either notify the Club directly or cancel your buggy booking on-line. You will be charged the full rate for any buggies which you reserve but subsequently do not use. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01792 297849.
