Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not
process the transaction until you turn up to play.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit card. You must report to the
Pro shop before beginning your round.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed, no charge will be made to your credit/debit card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, trainers.

Spikes
======
Soft spikes may be worn but metal spikes are not permitted.

Golf Buggies

The club has 10 golf buggies that can be reserved, with each buggy costing £20 per round or £27 day rate. If you would like to reserve a buggy you can do so using this online booking system. The Club reserve the right to prevent buggies being allowed out onto the course in the event of unfavourable conditions. We also ask for an additional £10 cash deposit for each buggy that is hired out and this £10 deposit is refunded in full when the buggy keys are returned to the Pro Shop at the end of your round. Please note that if you wish to cancel your buggy reservation you must either notify the Club directly or cancel your buggy booking on-line. You will be charged the full rate for any buggies which you reserve but subsequently do not use.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01792 297849.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data.
