Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payments. ======== To book a tee off through our web site you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our on-line payment Process. Your card will be charged with a deposit of £20 per player. No further charge will be made until you turn up to play. When you turn up to play, you can choose to pay the balance due by cash or credit/debit card. You should report to the Secretarys Office or the Professionals Shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique reference number. If you cancel your bookings more than 2 weeks before your date of play, you will not incur any additional charge. If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your date of play, your deposit will not be refunded. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. On Arrival ========== Please report to the either the Pro shop or the secretary's office. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). You must have a handicap certificate to play on the course. Dress Code ========== Any clothing specifically manufactured for golf is acceptable. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, etc. Tailored shorts are permitted on the course with white socks that are above the ankle. Clubhouse ========== Smart casual clothing should be worn in the Clubhouse. Summer months - Gentlemen are not permitted to wear shorts in the lounges or dining room. At present there is no spike bar facility Course ====== Golf shoes only, no trainers
