Green Fee Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends,
we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if
you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times and entering Open Competitions using our Internet booking facility.

Dress Code
==========
To enjoy our facilities, it is a requirement that all members of your group adhere to our dress code at all times. View the policy in the 'About' menu on our website.

Payment
=======

To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. This is done by selecting which competition you wish to enter, and then select your desired starting time. You will then be prompted to enter your details.

All payments will be taken at the time the booking is made.

You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round, or register in the Match & Handicap Office if playing in an Open Competition.

Cancellation Policy
===================

You can cancel your booking by calling the Admin Office on 0115 9323258 x4.

If you cancel your booking more than 4 weeks before your date of play,
there will be a full refund made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks in advance, or fail to turn up on the day of the competition there will no refund made.

Course Closed or Competition Cancelled
======================================

If the competition is cancelled at least one day prior to the scheduled date for the competition you will be given a full refund. If the competition is cancelled or abandoned on the scheduled date for the competition you may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on circumstances.

Booking Transferable
====================

The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========

Open Competitions are available to any player with a recognised CONGU handicap, with limits defined on the entry form for each competition.

This golf course is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Golf Buggies

The club has 5 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy,
please contact the Professional shop 0115 9323258 x2.

GOLF BUGGY POLICY: During the winter months and if there is exceptional bad weather during the Summer months, Erewash Valley Golf Club may implement a Dispensation Only Policy. This means that members and visitors have to provide medical evidence that they cannot walk the Course.

Please contact the Pro Shop to find out if the Dispensation Policy is currently in force.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
