Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card will be charged with the full amount of the green fee.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the
pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, you may
report to the Bar or the Office, or
you may call to the Pro Shop after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
you will receive a full refund of your green fee.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before your date of play,
you will receive a 50% refund of your green fee.

OPEN WEEK CANCELLATIONS
=======================

CANCELLATION OF YOUR PREPAID TIME SLOT, 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL RESULT IN A FULL REFUND.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR PREPAID TIME SLOT, LESS THAN 48 HOURS, BUT MORE THAN 24 HOURS, IN ADVANCE OF THE TEE TIME, WILL RESULT IN A REFUND OF 50%.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR PREPAID TIME SLOT, LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR TEE TIME, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your
green fee.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
Handicap certificates and or GUI swipe cards are required for OPEN WEEK.

Dress Code
==========
Normal Club and GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, (Tailored shorts will be accepted),
football/rugby tops, collarless T-shirts, (branded golf type collarless
shirts will be accepted), tracksuit bottoms, etc.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

Golf Buggies are €30 per round.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, Lessons, etc

Electric trollies are €10 and trollies are €3. Club hire and lessons are also available. If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +353 (0) 5392 33191 for office or +353 (0) 5392 37600 for Pro Shop, or e-mail info@enniscorthygc.ie.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

Credit Card Security

Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data. The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
