Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. A deposit of £10 per person will be taken for all standard reservations. If you are booking a special offer tee time indicated with £ full prepayment will be taken from your card. If you are booking into an Open Competition full pre payment will be taken from your card. When you arrive at the golf club you should report to the professional shop to pay the balance on your booking, collect your ticket and any other services you require. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, a refund will be made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, deposit payments will not be refundable. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Golfers must wear shoes specifically designed for golf, only juniors may wear trainers.Smart casual dress is expected both on the golf course and in the clubhouse. Replica football/rugby shirts,gents sleeveless shirts,vests,cut off jeans,non-tailored or camouflage shorts are not acceptable. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01343 542338. Booking Process We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
