Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process and your payment will be taken in Full.

Cancellation Policy
===================

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee applicable made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play due to the course being closed by the Club, you will be refunded your booking charge (this is available only to those booking on a casual basis and does not apply to Open Compeitions.

Open events - If the event has to be cancelled for any reason, a golf voucher will be issued valid for 12 months on a non-competitive basis.  No refund will be given.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you do not have a handicap please contact the club for guidance.

Dress Code
==========
All visitors have a responsibility to ensure that they observe the dress code whilst at the club.  Further details are available on the Club website.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

The club has 2 buggies that can be booked, but priority is given to those with medical grounds If you require a buggy, you should book direct with the office on 01244 335885 ext 2. The club is happy for you to use your own buggy. Under some circumstances buggies may be withdrawn from use.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01244 335885.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
