Green Fees Rates

Internet bookings are currently available 7 days in advance. There are normally two daily green fee options available - details on the green page on our website

• Casual booking - To Book the BRS 27 hole system select the first nine to be played (18 or 9)

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your credit card will NOT be charged at this stage. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. Please pay your green fee at this time. If the pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete and pay your green fee. Cancellation Policy =================== Your credit card will be charged with the full cost of the green fee if you fail to show up for your booking unless you have given the club 48 hours notice. To do so you must phone the club and quote your on line booking reference. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have an official handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Mobile Phones - are restricted to members of the medical profession on call and members trained in the use of defibrillators. Other members and visitors are encouraged to carry their mobile phones switched off, on the course, in case of an emergency. Dress Code - Golfers are required to wear recognised golf attire on the golf course, in the golf academy and on the practice area. Neat dress is required in the Members’ Bar and in the Dining Room. Golf Shoes (Soft spikes only) – Must be worn on the Course and are permitted in the locker room and spike bar areas only. Care of the Course - Please replace divots, repair pitch marks and rake the bunkers. Slow Play - Players are asked to show courtesy for fellow players by avoiding slow play. The three nine hole courses all start and finish close to the clubhouse. Two course combinations may be in play on any given day. When this is the case it is essential that golfers arrive at the tee of their second nine at the time that has been set on the timesheet. Please check both 1st and 10th hole tee times with the Professional or Starter before you commence your round. If golfers miss their time slot on the second nine, they forgo the right to complete their round. We would point out that the staff has been instructed to ensure these brief regulations are adhered to and we ask for your full co operation in this regard. Golf Buggies

The club has 30 buggies that can be booked online by vistors. If you require a buggy, you should select this option on the booking form.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
