Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not
process the transaction until you turn up to play.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the
Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed,
you should call in after your round is complete or to the bar upstairs.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Spikes
======
No metal Spikes.

Dress Code
==========
In the Clubhouse (including balconies):
1.	Neat casual wear is acceptable.  This includes: 
Sports shirts with long or short sleeves (ladies may wear sleeveless with collar), Club or other jumper with shirt or polo neck

2.	At official Club functions (including major Prize giving events) it is requested that jacket, shirt and tie or polo neck be worn.  Jacket and tie may be removed at the discretion of the Captain, Lady Captain or Officer of the Club in attendance.

3.	Not permitted: tee-shirts, jeans, caps or hats, golf shoes, runners or training shoes.  Shorts are not allowed in the dining or meeting rooms areas.

4.	Tailored shorts, worn with sports socks, are permitted in the bar and balconies up to 7.30 pm.

5.	Juniors:  (a) neat dress is essential at all times (shirts may not be worn outside trousers).  Smart clean trainers/runners are acceptable. (b) at certain times and at the discretion of the Club management, an area may be set aside for use by Juniors when smart clean jeans, sport shirts and trainers will be acceptable but only in that specific area.

On the Course:
1.	Golf shoes must have soft spikes and no other footwear is acceptable.

2.	For Men: Slacks or tailored shorts, no shorter than upper knee length, may be worn with sports socks.

3.	For Ladies: Slacks, knee length skirts or tailored shorts; no collarless shirts, sun tops, tank tops or t-shirts.

4.	Trousers should not be tucked into socks.  Jeans, track or leisure suits and football jerseys are not acceptable.

Children in Clubhouse
1.	Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by and supervised by an adult member at all times in the Clubhouse, balconies and external stairs.  They must vacate the premises by 6.00 pm winter time and 9.00 pm summer time unless authorised in advance by Management.

2.	Children under the age of 10 may not be in the Bellevue Bar (Main Bar) after 3.00 pm but may use the Mountain View Room (old Winter Bar) when available.

3.	Parents/guardians are reminded that children in their care must be accompanied and supervised at all times in the Clubhouse, balconies and stairs. 
 
4.	Management in the interests of safety and comfort reserves the right to refuse entry or request children or Junior Associates to leave at any time.

Golf Buggies

Hire Charge: Visitors €30 (18 holes) €20 (9 holes). For bookings contact Pro-Shop. BUGGY ETIQUETTE Buggy users are reminded that they should be driven responsibly with care and respect for your passenger, other golfers and the course. The following etiquette should be observed at all times: 1. Do not drive over greens, approaches, surrounding areas, bunkers and tees. Keep your buggy at least 3 metres away from the perimeter of the green and tee complexes. 2. Drive on the paths provided or in the rough. 3. Never make sharp turns that may damage the grass or in any way endanger the occupants or other golfers. 4. Never have more than 2 people in the buggy. 5. Drivers should be over 18 years of age. 6. Driving care must be observed at all times both on the course and car park

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +353 1 2874536.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
