Green Fees Rates

Individual tee times may only be booked or cancelled on this site on the Internet. They cannot be booked by telephone. Tee times normally become available 14 days in advance.We do accept telephone bookings from Golf Societies,and Groups, and they may book further ahead. Guests staying in the hotel should book their tee times through hotel reservations at least 14 days prior to their stay to be sure to get tee times when they want to play.

To cancel a booking please email at golf@deerparkhotel.ie entering your name, date and time of booking, and unique ref number. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. You will then receive an email in return confirming that the booking has been cancelled and what refund we have made (see our cancellation policy below).

The club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends.From time to time we offer significant savings to those prepared to avoid the busiest times. These offers are only available on the Internet.There is no booking fee.

Booking is recommended particularly at busy times.

However with the main Deer Park 18 hole course, the Grace O'Malley 18(St. Fintans & Grace O'Malley 9s),the 12 hole par 3 short course, and 18 hole Pitch & Putt we offer a wealth of golf.

Visitors without a reservation can always get a game. They may, however, have to wait their turn on the tee, and may not find it easy to get out on their preferred course, as those with a booking will take precedence.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card will be debited at the time you book with the full cost of your round of golf.

You should report to the Golf Shop at least ten minutes prior to the tee time you have booked in order to register.
You will then be issued with timestamped score cards free of charge. 
THESE CONSTITUTE THE PROOF THAT YOU HAVE PAID AND REGISTERED.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking only by emailing us on golf@deerparkhotel.ie giving your name, the date and time of the booking and its unique
ref number. Bookings can only be cancelled by email. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.

If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before your time of play,
your credit/debit card will be re-credited with the full cost of the golf you booked less a handling charge of €5.

If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours in advance, there
will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.We will email you to confirm that the booking has been cancelled and whatever refund is due has been made.No refund will be made if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the tee time you booked.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking,no refund will be made.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), the full cost of your round will be re-credited to your credit/debit card.No charge will be made to cover administrative costs as it is something outside your control.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.They must have your unique booking number as proof of your intention that they play in your place.
Privacy
=========
Information which you provide to make your booking is used only by Deer Park Hotel & Golf Courses and will not be divulged to any third party.
 
Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers of all abilities.You must let games that are progressing faster than yours play through, as slow play can spoil the enjoyment of others.
 
Dress Code
==========
Players are expected to be dressed.Playing without a shirt is unacceptable but there is no formal dress code. Players are in the interests of there own safety strongly advised to wear purpose designed golf shoes to avoid slipping.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn on the course and in the Golf Shop but not anywhere else in the hotel.Soft spikes are preferred but not obligatory

Golf Buggies

The club has five buggies. To request a buggy please email us on golf@deerparkhotel.ie. Golf clubs and trollies can be hired from the Golf Shop but there is no need book these in advance.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
