Green Fees Rates

Green fees are discounted for on-line booking. The summer 2011 on-line rates are £23 Mon-Thur and £26 Fri-Sun, based on a minimum of two golfers. Those wishing to play alone must call the pro shop to book a time. The price quoted is the price you pay - there is no booking fee. We also offer a reduced twilight rate and significant discounts for group bookings. Please call the Secretary's office  for more details.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance, but WE WILL NOT PROCESS THE TRANSACTION UNTIL YOU TURN UP TO PLAY. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 24hrs before you are due to play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 24hrs in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Normal dress code applies on the golf course. The following are therefore not permitted: jeans, beach shorts, t-shirts without collars, etc... White socks must be worn with shorts. Handicap ====== Normally we do not require visiting golfers to show a handicap certificate, but we do expect all golfers to understand the basic rules and etiquette of the game. YOU WILL REQUIRE AN ACTIVE HANDICAP TO ENTER OPEN COMPETITIONS. Golf Shoes ====== Golf shoes with spikes must be worn on the golf course. They may be rented in the pro shop.

Golf Buggies

We have a limited bumber of buggies for rent for £25 per round (£10 early bird/twilight). Please note your wish to rent a buggy in the 'Other Requirements' box of the booking form.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on 01803 815000.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
