Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment: To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit/debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. To secure your reservation a charge £15 for each player must be paid at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your card, the balance must be paid, by credit/debit card, on the day of play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the Professional’s shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique reference number. You may also cancel by phone. If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee deposit. Deposits for cancellations less than 28 days before your date of play are non-refundable. Open Competitions: If you are entering an open competition the full price will be deducted from your credit/debit card immediately. Refunds will only be granted if notice is given more than one month from date of competition. Failure To Cancel Your Booking: If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed: If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Handicaps: Handicap certificates may be requested for general play. DRESS RULES Smart, clean and presentable dress must be worn at all times. Tailored shorts may be worn up to 8.00pm. As to acceptable dress – the management committees’ decision is final. The following items are unacceptable: Jeans, Trainers, Collarless T-Shirts, Men’s Three-Quarter Trousers, the wearing of hats or caps in the clubhouse. Any person not adhering to the correct dress rules will not be served and will be requested to leave the club. Golf Buggies The club has 5 buggies, 2 electric trolleys and over 30 pull trolleys that can be booked. If you require a buggy, or a trolley, you should enter this in the booking form. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01492 592423 . Booking Process We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage. Credit Card Security Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your golf. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when booking your golf over the Internet. All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data. The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system. All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view.
