Member Terms and Conditions On arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your tee time to check in the clubhouse prior to play. If you are playing very early in the morning before the clubhouse is open, please enter your car registration in the note section on your booking. Score Cards can be found in a container by the clubhouse shutters. Please ensure all the players in your group have pre-paid before commencing your game. A penalty fare of £100 per player will be charged to anyone playing without correct booking and payment. Groups of 5 players or more are not accepted on our course and we ask you kindly to avoid slow play / allow faster players to play through. It is very important that you stick to your tee time even if the 1st tee appears to be clear! For health and safety reasons we do need to have a rough idea of where you might be on the course. It also helps stop complaints of slow play. Cancellations/Deferrals: Bookings can only be cancelled or moved 24hours in advance. ====== Refunds: providing you cancel 24 hours before your tee time we can refund your greenfee minus a £5 admin fee. ====== Dress Code ====== We prefer suitable golf wear but consider "good manners" to be far more important. Shoes that will not harm the greens are the main importance. SAFE GOLF & INSURANCE: Please ensure you have appropriate liability insurance, (either via your personal home or golf insurance), should you cause injury or damage to a third party.
