Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. To secure your reservation a 100% charge will be deducted from your card. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy for Green Fees and Open Competitions =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique ref number. You may also cancel by phone or email. If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required for general play. Handicaps are required for open competitions. Holders of GUI swipe cards must present them on the day of the competition. Other competitiors must present a current certificate of handicap from their home club Members of Belmullet Golf Club are advised to contact the Golf Office for Open Competition Reservations Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless) shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn).

requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
