Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Insurance

Whilst Cardross Golf Club is fully covered for 3rd Party Liability, members and visitors are advised that the onus for personal liability is the responsibility of the individual player. In consequence, you are advised that any golfer playing at Cardross Golf Club (regardless if a member, member's guest, visitor or team player from another golf club), is responsible for ensuring , before play, that he/she has adequate third-party insurance.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the
Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed,
you should call in after your round is complete.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Cardross Golf Club by email, secretary@cardrossgolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01389 841754. 
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.

If you cancel your booking more than 10 days before your date of play,
on application the charge will be refunded to your credit/debit card.

If you cancel your booking less than 10 days in advance, no refund is applicable.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), on application a refund will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal golf club dress code applies. For further details see our web site.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn on course but not in the Clubhouse.

Golf Buggies

The Club has buggies from April to October that can be booked. We do also have a limited number of power trolleys. These can be booked by contacting the Pro on 01389 841350.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01389841754.
