Payment ======= Full payment will be taken at the point of booking. Refund Policy ============== If you are unable to play your round of golf because the course is closed(e.g. due to bad weather) you will be entitled to a full refund. Bookings are transferable. If you are unable to make your tee time you can offer the tee time to someone else, providing they adhere to the booking restrictions. We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 28 days of booked tee date. Handicaps ========= This facility is available to all golfers who have a current handicap and CDH number. Dress Code ========== Normal dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: football/rugby tops and shorts. Golf Shoes ========== Appropriate golf shoes must be worn at all times on the golf course. Accuracy ======== Although all reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information(including prices)on our web site, in our email newsletters, in our promotion material and in printed media, regrettably changes and errors occasionally occur. You must therefore check the details of your chosen tee time(including the price) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to increase the price of any tee time advertised on our website at any time before you book. Any price changes will be clearly visible to you at the time of booking. Any subsequent reduction in prices due to special offers will not apply to confirmed bookings. Golf Buggies The club has 10 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy please book on line, you should enter this in the booking form,or contact the Pro shop. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01239621775.
