Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time ON-LINE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. (Please see the bottom of this page for the additional conditions applying to entering our Open Competitions on-line) Payments. ======== To book a tee-time through our web site you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our on-line payment process. Your card will be debited within one working day. You MUST report to the pro-shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by calling the club on 023 8081 3434 and quoting your unique reference number. If you cancel your bookings more than 2 weeks before your date of play, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your date of play, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your green fee will be refunded. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend, or move it to another time and/or date (subject to availability). Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who are able to play to the standard of a male with a 28 handicap or female with a 36 handicap. Our Course Marshal's have the authority to ask visiting golfers who cannot do so to leave the course (no refund of green fees will be made). Dress Code ========== This is detailed throughout our website (www.bramshaw.co.uk). Our Course Marshal's have the authority to ask visiting golfers who choose not to meet our Code to leave the course or not to begin play. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. OPEN COMPETITIONS - Additional Terms and Conditions =================================================== All entry fees for Open Competitions are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Whilst we will endeavour to meet the tee time requirement you make when booking into the Open Competition, we reserve the right to change the tee time prior to the event. For our Mixed Open, if you have chosen to play with another pair we guarantee that you will play together. In our Seniors Open only one Member of any Golf Club can play in each fourball.

Golf Buggies

We have 8 buggies at the Club and these can only be used on the Manor Course (i.e. not the Forest Course). The rental cost is £25 per round or £40 per day. We also have 6 PowerKaddy trolleys available at £8 per round or £12 per day and pull trolleys at £4 per round or day.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
