Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process as a guarantee. Your card account will NOT be charged but the card details are required to reserve your booking. When you arrive for your round of golf, you MUST report to the pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, you should call to the clubhouse. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before your date of play, no charge will be made on your card account. If you cancel your booking less than 3 days before your date of play, you may be charged 50% of the Green fee booked. Failure To Cancel Your Booking/No Show ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking or fail to show your card account will be charged the full amount of the green fee booked. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will apply. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Important Information ================ Blainroe participates in a number of privilege programmes offering green fees at reduced rates, i.e. Open Fairways. Visitors are reminded that they MUST telephone the Golf Club to make a booking and receive a discount under any of our privilege programmes. Privilege Programme discounts are only available on our normal Winter & Summer Green Fee rates and are not accepted on Society bookings. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless) shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn). Visitors are requested to wear neat casual dress in the Clubhouse after 7.00 p.m. Spikes ======= Metal spikes are allowed on the course.

Golf Buggies

A limited number of golf buggies are available for hire. Visitors are strongly advised to pre book golf buggies to avoid disappointment.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

All personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and us, and that no third party can access this data. The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
