These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process. Full green fee must be paid at time of booking. Please report to the Clubhouse Bar before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== Please telephone the club if you have to cancel your booking. (01434 220530/220152) Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be made or a new tee time booked for you. Open Competitions ================= The Full entry fee will be taken at time of booking, withdrawal 2 weeks before the competition 50% refund. After that strictly no refund. Entrants to opens at Bellingham Golf Club must have an active WHS handicap and be a member of an affiliated golf club. Golfers with a CDH number provided by igolf are NOT eligible to enter. To win prizes in an open at Bellingham Golf Club you must have a minimum of 5 singles competitions in your handicap record for the previous calendar year (prior to the date of the open played in) Dress Code ========== We try to create as informal an atmosphere as possible, but we do have a dress code for members and visitors. Smart, casual dress, tailored shorts, suitable recognised golf wear. Golf Buggies The club has 8 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please call 01434 220530 or 01434 220152.
