Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and Saturdays, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Visitors Prizes For visitors playing in our Open Competitions please check the club website for results. If you are successful in a sponsored competition please contact the office to organise the collection of your prize. If you are successful in a normal open event vouchers can be collected from behind the bar. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking in Euro. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting Beaverstown Golf Club Ltd by email, office@beaverstown.com or telephone, 0035318436439. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card in Euro. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, tracksuits. Spikes ====== Soft spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form.
