These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will need to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will NOT process the transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of card. You should pay your fee in the Peter Field Pro Shop and report to the starters hut with your till receipt before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique reference number. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking before the said tee time, or you fail to show at your booked tee time, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit or debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit or debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= No Handicaps required. Rules & Dress Code ================== COURSE RULES: JUNIORS UNDER 11 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED ON THE COURSE BY SOMEONE AGED 12 YEARS OR OLDER; MAXIMUM 4 PLAYERS PER GROUP; NO GOLF BAG OR CLUB SHARING; SHOUT "FORE" IF HITTING IN ERROR TOWARDS OTHERS; TRAINERS OR GOLF SHOES TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES; SHIRTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES (NO VESTS); ONLY SMART JEANS WILL BE ALLOWED; ANY GROUPS MISBEHAVING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE COURSE WITHOUT REFUND; GLEN LODGE BAWBURGH LTD WILL ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY OR INJURY SUSTAINED BY YOURSELF OR CAUSED TO OTHER PEOPLE; NO DOGS ALLOWED.
