Green Fees Rates

The 2010 weekday adult green fee rate is £26
The 2010 weekend & Bank Holiday adult green fee rate is £36

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays, weekends &bank /public holidays we offer significant savings for group bookings. Further information on our Green Fee rates can be found on our website(www.ballycastlegolfclub.com) or by calling the Club Proshop. Society booking enquiries can only be taken by telephone, fax or email, and must be made at least two weeks in advance of the date required.

To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. If you do not hold a credit or debit card please contact the club.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. If you do not hold a credit or debit card please contact the club. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, please call at the club office or you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== Cancellations can only be made by contacting the club. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Every effort will be made to re-schedule your booking. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= A handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies)is required. If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: Denim jackets, ripped/torn denims. Singlets: Sleeveless or collarless shirts, football/rugby tops, untailored shorts, garments displaying slogans, track or leisure suits, trainer shoes or runners, trouser legs must never be tucked into socks. (Juveniles may wear tracksuits and trainer type shoes on the course). outer clothing, including footwear and hats worn on the course is not permitted to be worn in the clubhouse Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn on the course.

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

All credit/debit card details are stored in an encrypted format, which requires a decryption key to view. Only we have knowledge of this key.
