TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Please report to the Professional's shop before beginning your round, ensuring you have your booking reference with you.

Cancellation Policy
===================
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact the Professional on 0161 330 1537 (option 2) at least 72 hours before you are due to play. You may book an alternative date of play, or receive a refund on application in writing to the Club Secretary, quoting your booking reference.

No refund will be given if you cancel less than 72 hours before play.

OPEN EVENTS: If you cancel your booking less than four weeks before the competition, no refund will be given.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed, your fee may be transferred to another day or event of your choice, subject to availability.

Alternatively, if you require a full refund, applications must be made in writing to the Club Secretary, quoting your booking reference.

Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. 
Please contact our Golf Professional to advise any changes to your booking.

Handicaps
=========
Handicap certificates may be requested for general play.

OPEN EVENTS: an Active CONGU Handicap Certificate is required for all players in Open Competitions to confirm eligibility to win prizes.

Dress Code
==========
Golfers and Visitors are expected to dress in smart golfing attire. In the Clubhouse casual attire of a high standard is permitted.

Spikes
======
Soft Spikes are preferred. Ashton-u-Lyne Golf Club does not accept responsibility for injuries caused to any players arising from the use of unsuitable footwear.

Golf Buggies

Ashton-u-Lyne Golf Club does not have Ride on Buggies

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 0161 330 1537 (option 1).

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
