Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you must enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process and your card will be debited immediately. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in there or to the Bar after your round is completed. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking up to a week before, but must phone the office on 01772 735282 option 1 to obtain a refund on your card. Payment will be deducted from your credit card immediately. If you cancel your booking more than 7 days in advance you will be refunded in full. If you cancel within one week of your booking you may be refunded 50% however this is at the Discretion of the General Manager. Please call the office 01772 735252 opt 1 to obtain a refund.

Golf Buggies

The club has 2 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Buggy will be paid for on arrival in the Pro Shop. Buggies are at the discretion at the golf club.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01772 735282.

Booking Process

We have tried to make the booking process as straightforward to use as possible so that you can find out the information you need, and make your booking, quickly and easily. You are guided through a 5-stage process, with the current stage indicated at the top of each page. Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.
